(03/19/04) Today: An Aerospace Engineer

Do it by August!
Great website for saving the Hubble. I'm "in the industry" (an aerospace engineer) and know a few folks currently working on the new Hubble hardware. They're all bailing out, finding other work. If NASA doesn't decide to fly by August, you won't be able to do it because the test and engineering teams will be gone. So this decision has to be made, not just eventually, but SOON. The longer it takes to change NASA's mind, the more it will cost, but if it's not decided by August, it probably can't be done, not even for a BILLION dollars.
